Communication was not as fluid during the early part of the process. Process was taking longer than communicated, and no proper explanation was given to adequately manage my expectations. For example, from the time I brought in the car, it took over 7 business days for the dismantling to take place, with no proper explanation as to why it took so long.

I’ll compare with Lindsey Collision center in northern Virginia, which I’ve used multiple times over my life with my Lexus cars. Overall, Lindsey was just more efficient and faster. You guys might be smaller then Lindsey, but if you want to grow - your processes need to be more refined so that customer expectations are met.
