I dropped my car off on 1/29 it took until 2/10 to get The estimate I paid 100.00 a day for you not to get an estimate to me or State Farm. Lesson learned I am out 1200 bucks for nothing.

Workmanship was excellent for both of my SUV’s. Even though I am satisfied with the quality of the work, I am concerned about the time taken to complete the work on both of my vehicles. This might be the reason If someone wants to look for other body shop in the area. I know you might say insurance companies take time to respond, look how this can be done better to reduce delays for customer satisfaction.
