I would tell anyone with a Tesla that you did high quality work and you are the only game around for Tesla body work, but that it takes too long. I am thinking about having a spoiler installed, and had thought about going to you for it, but I don't want to lose my vehicle for another month.

I know you have to follow some strict procedures when working on Teslas, but two weeks is an excessive amount of time to spend fixing a little ding in a door. My customer service rep (Jose) did stay in touch with me, though, and offered excellent service. If it wasn't for him, this score would me much lower.

They did a fantastic job and kept me in the loop with updates the entire week that it took to repair my vehicle. The waiting room was clean and everybody was very professional and courteous from start to finish. I would definitely bring my vehicle here next time I need repairs and have been recommending them to friends in the area as well.

The techs broke one of my puddle lights when they took the door apart. They used a clear epoxy or super glue to fix it. I’m not that upset about it because it’s just a puddle light and they tried to repair it but put the lens in backwards so I had to fix their fix. They put a nasty gash in one of my wheels but they were able to get that repaired after another day of service. They also gave the car back with barely any charge. I had to take it to super charger that day to use it for the evening because home charging would have take over 6 hours at 48 amps. All in all it was a good job. The paint and dent repair looks great. Just a few minor issues that made the experience less than perfect.

Some times they would call with progress reports that didn’t seem to be much progress. Like the day I dropped it off. I dropped it off first thing in the morning. Jose called me at the end of the day to basically report the washed the car and tomorrow they will start disassembly. A whole day to wash the car?
