Overall okay but I would have appreciated more frequent updates and explanations of parts ordered and labor performed. I had to call and request most of the information I received during the 3.5 week service that included multiple phases and supplements.

While I am quite pleased with the way my car looks now, I was somewhat disappointed in how long it took (although 2 days less than promised) and the infrequent progress reports. An email every other day or so would have been appreciated to let me know what was being done to the car.
