I had a great experience with everyone I had contact with at Dyer Collision. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, Ivan was terrific and so was Carlo. Carlo kept me updated and informed the whole time my car was in the shop. And when it was finished, they brought it to me! I couldn’t be happier with the service I received.

Took too long but most of the delay was due to parts or insurance delays but not all. Multiple times asked for feedback on status and representative said would call back but never did. Quality of repair is good
