The technicians do not talk to each other. There was a exterior part that was going to be replaced and a different technician worked on my car and put the old piece back on. Luckily I caught it and they ended up making it right a couple days later.

Vehicle is expected to take nine days took almost 2 months. Got it back had overspray on the rear drivers side door, fender, and passenger side fender. Bumper was crooked, and there was overspray on the frame. I had to wait a month for them to repair this, and the repair was barely made. To clean the overspray off the frame, they rattle, canned the frame black not even getting all the overspray so now I have to remove their spray plus the overspray, very disappointed that this is the way dire treats customers, especially veterans when my vehicle needed to be returned for rework, they call it. I was treated like I wasn’t important at all.

Everybody that works there was very kind, very professional. It took a lot longer than I thought it would go to be, but I understood none of it was your fault. The car looks wonderful and even my customers. I’m a Lyft Driver have been commenting on how well it rides.

So disappointed in how the insurance company delay. And allegedly. Controls the whole process. Your a business that should put your coustmers first. The the lack of communication frustrated me. It was me that called all the time most of the time, not getting a call back.And when I did, they promised to update me and never did. Finally, towards the end, I had to get upset and then things started to get done. It says that they replaced my rim. It needed to be and it's not just very disappointed.
