The car took a very long time to fix in comparison to similar work friends have had at other shops. If the work had been done well that would have been fine but there have been several things that were not done thoroughly

The original estimate didn’t call for the need to paint the black bumper part which resulted in a higher cost to complete the repair. We appreciate the accommodation to reduce the uplift on the price but it still was added expense.
