The loaner car gets a 10+. Having my car for 11 days & the paint job had drips, raised areas, and divots that were painted over. Being told I wasn’t seeing what I was seeing until someone from the repair shop agreed with me was more than disappointing. I expected it to be done right the first time. Hearing “we’ll make it right” after the fact doesn’t help me. The truck should have be done professionally. It wasn’t

I rearranged my schedule and agreed to reschedule my repairs because my vehicle was drivable. I said I didn’t want delays do too back ordered parts so please make sure you got what you need. I was assured that everything would be handled….so I took a later appointment, weeks later. Found out at pickup that the gal who wrote up my damage was newer and failed to properly document the damage so there’s that. Now I’m told insurance company wouldn’t pay for all the repairs so you all just painted over top of where the gravel made divots on my truck…..no call to let me know I should call my insurance…..just blend the paint over the damage. Someone, anyone should have told me!!!
