Updates on repair completion was not accurate

Was friendly estimates to completion was way off. When calling on Friday advised car was done just had to be put parts back on Monday then to dealer for alignment and a part replacement shiuld be done end of day. Called Tuesday advise call was done juat waiting for car to be clean and return from dealer down the block. Friday called advised would be dine n 30 min.

The work appears to have been excellent. It is a little soon to know for sure. The thing that kept my evaluation from being a 10 is that a side mirror that was not a part of the insurance claim, but was in need of painting or rubbing compound/polishing, was not brought to my attention. Assuming a reasonable price, I would have like to have that attended to.

The counter people (Roman on intake and Phil, eventually) were friendly and informative. There was some “turn over” of personnel at the front desk, and the work was delayed, presumable due to that turnover to some degree.

I put the car in for a small dent repair there was missed paint on the repair there was filler on the door jamb That could have been cleaned off but was not there was overspray on the rubber stripping and my seatbelt bracket was broken The repair should’ve taken 4-5 days instead it took eight
