Very much satisfied with the body work, looks great. Very much not happy or satisfied about the interior of the vehicle. Dust though out the whole vehicle front to back, even in the glove box. Also I do not believe an item on the receipt was replaced or reconditioned al all, the well. I used Dynamic because of Mr. Henry track record over the years of great work. I hear there is a new owner, maybe that's the difference 🤔

Took a month longer then told costed triple the estimated price and I just found roaches in my car iv never had before.

This shop appeared to be more interested in pleasing the insurance company that it’s customer. I have 40 years in auto claims, am I-Car certified and know what repairs are required from an impact from another vehicle. This shop disregarded my recommendations and failed to repair obvious damage. This resulted in my having to return twice before repairs were satisfactorily completed. If the shop owner had listened to me we would have been done the first time. Also I received a call that the vehicle was “finished “ at 5:40 pm on a Friday, too late to pick up. I would not recommend this shop.

I was so pleased when I got my car back from the body shop!!! Not only was everything perfect and exceeded any expectations I may of had but, my car was cleaner after I dropped it off. They even waxed it ! I highly highly recommend this body shop !!!! If I ever need a body shop again, I will most definitely return !!!! I will recommend anyone needing body work to them as well ! Thank you for the hard work and getting my car back looking nothing less than amazing and in a timely matter. Everything was so easy with them too! Their customer service is great!! Everyone is so so nice.
