They smeared armor-all all over the interior and didn't clean the dust/dirt off first. Everything was damp with it.

I received updates via email but did not receive one when my car was ready. I did receive one that informed me that my car was picked up when it had not been. Never received email stating car was ready which delayed pick up by 1 day
