almost 3 weeks to get truck cosmetic damage fixed, then when done the inside smelled awful, there is scratches in the bed of the truck which should not have had anything in placed in it. And the license plate front mounting bracket was missing and dirty license plate placed on the back seat.

After repeated phone calls, to find out what the hold up was, my phone number was given to the shop manager. if it is unknown what the actual status is, the call should be referred to whom does know the information instead of the customer being left with confusing information, therefore having to call repeatedly for information.
