My Experience - 0.0/5.0 -
I went to E3 Collision to get a dent on my Tesla trunk repaired. Crystal at the shop told me that Teslas are made with Aluminum so the entire trunk would need to be replaced. She said that it takes at least five days to get the panel. I was in touch with her to find out if the panel had been delivered so that I could leave my car at the shop. When I dropped off my car, she assured me that the panel had been received. When we went to pick up the car, I asked her if the panel had been used to replace the trunk door. That is when, for the first time, she said that the panel was not needed and had not been used. Granted that Crystal had been a pleasant person but it was a shock that she had not provided us the truth about the repair earlier. She also mentioned that she had worked with the numbers to show that the repair cost was the same as what the replacement would have cost. That lowered her credibility further. Although the car was repaired, I was disappointed that she misled us regarding the repairs.

I really love doing business with E3 collision. They really made me feel welcomed and at home. They all felt like family around there, and they are very structured in ordered, and they are committed to produce as they say that they would in a timely manner.

We were recommended by a good friend to choose E3 for repairs. The friend contacted Emilee and Emilee contacted me and from there it was thank you, thank you, thank you. We live in the View Park section of Los Angeles, Emilee in Long Beach sent a flatbed that picked my wife's SUV up, and took it to E3 for repairs, thank you. Emilee coordinated with our insurance company for financial arrangements and agreements, thank you. Emilee kept us informed every step of the way of what needed to be done from start to finish, thank you. When repairs were completed, Emilee contacted me to coordinate a time for the truck to be returned, the truck was brought back to our home by her drivers looking showroom floor brand new, thank you. I spoke with and also returned text messages from Emilee throughout the process, but I have never met nor have I seen her in person nor stepped foot in E3's business in Long Beach, thank you!!! They did an amazing job repairing my Model Y, it honestly looks like new again, and I couldn’t be happier with the quality of the work. A special thanks to Crystal. From start to finish, she kept me updated throughout the entire process and was always professional, polite, and incredibly helpful. What truly stood out was her level of care. she went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and stress free.
