They kept me informed but I feel they should have been able to recognize the replacement parts were defective.

All looked.really good ot really did, but now we have rhw beeping sound when put into drive indicating an open door so willprob be taking it back too have it looked at again too see what happened. Its looking like the passanger side sliding door isn't latching all the way but will keep in touch with Greg if problem doesnt fix in a couple days. Thank you but all else looks great

They were fantastic in finding a location that would be free to work on my car due to the one near me was booked out for up to 6mtha and in doing so they made the flexibility worth it with filling up my truck and knocking off some of my deductible. Everything looks great and works great from what I've seen today when I picked it up. Very kind in their customer service as well.
