It was a rough experience. I get that I happened to catch them during a rough two weeks for them but that doesn’t change my experience.

They forgot to change the tire. I had to point out that it was still the same one. It was a major waste of my time. I don’t understand how a final check was complete but the tire was not changed. It left me questioning the quality of the repairs.
