I had a terrible experience with Omar from the start to finish. He was extremely unprofessional and missed major issues with my vehicle which delayed my repairs for weeks. He was defensive when he made errors and seemed as if he had very little knowledge about what was going on with my vehicle. He took no accountability for his mistakes and had an attitude with me over the phone more than once Omar makes this business look bad.

I’m very disappointed on the things that were done in the vehicle, right back light has a scratch from the hit and it was replaced or fixed, also the back number still has the scratches from the hit, I also told the guy to make sure everything was in good condition because it was making a noise after I was hit, unfortunately you guys did not check anything, instead it makes another noise in the glove compartment, im very very upset, now I have to take it somewhere else and get it fix because to me you guys only did what was easy and fast and that’s right after you guys charged $4,425.85 to the insurance. I will make a report to them as well. Not a great job from you guys

Had some issues, but David, Jackeline and I believe 1 other team member were awesome. Not going to lie best team I’ve met so far. They took care of what it was wrong. I’m very satisfied and I’m definitely going back in the future. Thank you guys for all the help.
