Phillip went above and beyond to make sure that i was satisfied with the repairs and that my car was taken care of. I was very impressed with how fast the repairs were. I had a bad experience with an ealier accident but this experience was way better. I would recommend anyone to get their car fixed here. Thank you for taking good care of me and my car. Also thanks to ron for doing such a great job at rewrapping my car.

FROM THE MOMENT I WALKED IN UNTIL I PICKED UP MY CAR - EVERYONE I SPOKE WITH WAS SO KIND AND HELPFUL. WHILE MY CAR WAS BEING REPAIRED I WAS KEPT INFORMED OF THE STATUS OF THE WORK BEING DONE. IF I NEED BODY WORK DONE AGAIN, OR SOMEONE I KNOW DOES I WILL RECOMMEND EARNHARDT AUTOBODY.

I am not unhappy with the repair, but I would rate Farmers at a 1 for the terrible customer service experience. My interaction with Farmers makes me glad that I pay my premiums to Hartford.

I now have a very loud rattling/vibration comming from my windshield, was told all parts being replaced will be replaced with factory OEM Dodge/Chrysler parts. In fact, they are not OEM dodge parts but cheap after market parts.
