This type of work and process might not be for everyone. However, the staff is friendly and easy to work with. They are experts at their craft. Overall, I believe I made the right choice when selecting this facility for my needs.

The color match was a bit off. However, I am very satisfied with the current color.

I expected better communication on the status of the paintwork and additional expenses required.

Network has always been great to work with, I've had to bring a few cars there over the years (I have a few rental cars) and they've always been honest and quick about getting the work done for me... 2 thumbs up.

I've always received good customer service from all of the employees, no complaints.

I think if my issue had been a regular claim on a newer car my experience would have been positive. But I just don’t think I was taken seriously with my old car

I asked for estimates to be written and submitted to insurance. Instead of doing that the just submitted pictures and my car was declared a total. I asked the service advisor if they wanted me to go over what damage went to what claim and she declined. I made it very clear my intention was to keep the car and I was willing to cover anything the insurance didn’t and I even wanted to fix the other body damage on the car out of my pocket. All in all, I don’t think she really listened, or cared to for that matter. It was apparent when I came to pick the car up and she couldn’t even say hello.

Kevin was great. He at least listened to my concerns.

I needed a lot of work on my 2016 Highlander, multiple repairs caused by different reasons, giving my daughter my car wanted her to get it looking brand new! They were able to fix all. Looks great
