The pickup date mentioned was a Saturday, while this shop is closed on Saturday. No body called me that my vehicle is ready. I called on Friday evening and they said oh your car is ready, come in 10 minutes or come on Monday. When somehow I reached in 10 min only to find that the polishing on the replaced part was not done properly. Although, the business owner was polite, and apologized, and offer to do it later next week. I hope that they can have a better system to track and inform The customers. Also a better QC.

Great service. They really went above and beyond what I expected. My car came back clean even taking off some tar I had stuck in the side and they helped me find an earring my wife lost under the back seat of our rental car. When I went to tip I found out the guy who helped me was the owner. Wonderful experience. I hope not to have body work again soon but if I do I will be going here
