The change of nearly $3000 in original to final estimate would make me think twice about coming again

The work was paid for my State Farm who covers the fellow who hit my car. I was shocked, however to see that original in person estimate of around $4500 ended up costing well over $7000. Seems odd to me, but I can provide original to insurance co if needed.

This is my second time using East Coast collision. I chose them because I had a great experience the first time, both occasions I was happy with the service. The employees were courteous and I was given updates on the progress of the repairs, they were finished ahead of schedule and the quality of the work was excellent.

We are waiting for matching head light part noticed at pick up. So far works seems good. You guys were highly recommended by State Farm. My only issue were the delays.....though I realize mini coops are difficult to work on.
