They called me to come and pick up my car but when I got there I noticed that My rav4 was not fully fixed I complained and they rescheduled another appointment for me to bring the car to them so that they can fix properly but when I drove to the house I noticed that some of the original labels on have been changed like Ravv4 and XLE HYBRID changed with Silver colors instead of the original black color then went back to the next day to showed them the kind of labels they put on my car and the Manager said oh sorry the you came to pick up your car the one we ordered had not arrived and we want you to drive your car meanwhile they called me to come and pick up the car because they were done fixing it I also noticed that about quarter of the fuel has been used because the fuel tank was full before I left the car like some one was using the car
