A part that was backed order they informed me they were going to let me know when it was available, it’s been over a month and I haven’t had an update. I send a text asking about the status of the part, my text was never replied. It shows message was delivered. I also asked them about a previous claim, a part they fixed it’s failing. Same no respond but message shows delivered.
