the shop needs to resolve these issues and provide a rental car since we will have to take it back in.

My husband called the shop after we took the car jhome and noone has called him back. There are multiple paint spills, electrical issues and a huge scratch on through the paint on t he bqck of the car that was not there when we dropped it off.

I am not sure because Customer bringing vehicle for any repairs deserves proposal from east Coast,get an agreement before moving forward and that was not my case even if insurance will pay for it
