Rafi was great, courteous and professional. He provided me an estimate on the spot. When there’s a change in the estimate due to the insurance being involved, he contacted me right away and sent me the new estimates. Rafi kept me informed especially when the car was not going to be finish by Wednesday. He was with me when I came to pick up the car to make sure the repair was to my satisfaction. This is why I take my cars that need body work to them.
