The assigned advisor was polite and respectful. However, what he told and when I called the person I tallk was told me completely contradict from what I been informed. Not one time. I don't know which one to believe. This cost me time, trip, and money.

Overall, customer service was fantastic. Here are a few points of constructive criticism since you asked. They said they’d be in touch all along the way with updates and give me plenty of notice on when the car would be complete, and after the first or second day, I didn’t hear from them until it was ready. This was fine since it was ready when they said it would be ready, and I was prepared to pick it up that night. So, I wouldn’t over promise updates. They also didn’t tell me that the storage fee for not picking it up within 24 hours didn’t apply to the weekend. That would have been good to know since getting there Friday during rush hour was a challenge.
