No he recibido mi carro , su representante Anakaren mintió ofreciendo un arreglo con la aseguranza el cual cubriera el total de los costos incluyendo el deductible para que yo no pagara nada , mi carro solo sufría daños menores y el costo a deberse por sacarlo eran menos de $400 , que le hace pensar a Ana que yo podía pagar $995 de el deductivo cuando no pude pagar lo mínimo. Y me sale que no me explicaron bien 🤡 no entenderé mucho pero si entendí cuando me dijo usted no se preocupe que yo me encargo de que usted no pague nada . Yo solo quiero mi carro de regreso ya la aseguranza les dio mucho mas de los costos y $995 está fuera de el alcanze de mi bolsillo . Deberían de explicar mejor y poner todo en papel porque no se puede confiar en ustedes

The bumper is not repaired well. There is still a big gap there. You can see the clips. It looks okay from far away.

I received a message that my car was ready and it wasn't and it my car has been at Eastex for almost 5 months. I never receive good customer service so I will not be referring anyone to Eastex.

No updates,called a hundred times and left a hundred msgs and no call back.The mechanic shop you took my car ripped off the insurance and the worse job, lied about what they did didn’t replace parts they said the replaced.I will never recommend anyone to go there!!!!
