The car looks beautiful but every since we got the car back it’s having problems starting now this is a brand new car never had any problem with it until it was returned from you guys it’s was doing good for 3 weeks then all of a sudden it’s this problem please give me a call

The car rental process was not pleasing because Enterprise did not have enough staff to pick up and drop off cars at the collision shop where my car was approved to be repaired. Once I turned in the car I could not get my $50 deposit back until they picked up the car. I told the manager its not my problem that he does not have enough staff

When the vehicle was ready the first time, a paert flew off and we had to take it back for correction- Nobody made a test drive and the qualty control is severely lacking.
