The work done to the car was very good. The communication of what was happening with the car was poor. I had to call if I wanted an update on the car. The project went from an estimated 2 weeks to 6 weeks. This part was very frustrating.

As far as the body work yes, but for the work the service dept did no.

The body work was great the work on my suspension where the main damage was was not satisfactory. And my car did not come back in the same condition. I found that a part on my inside driver side door was broken. It was not like that when it was moved to the Collison Center.

Communication was terrible and my truck was totaled after sitting in the shop for over a month. Not convinced either that it should have been totaled.

They could have called me when having problems with my vehicle, didn’t call me to tell me that I can’t pick up my vehicle on schedule time bc of a missing part. Was going to make me come back and the job not even finished went 9 days without my car. I also asked them to remove bolts off my car but they couldn’t do it took it straight somewhere else not even in 3 min they got it off funny.
