They did above and beyond and while my car was sitting in the lot waiting to be fixed after I got at home, I noticed there was a great big scratch and I believe his name is Brandon assured me that the scratch would be fixed because they went back and that scratch was not on the driver side of the van him and the manager went back and looked at the pictures and they’re willing to make it right when I can drive again so more than happy and I refer people to EBy collision, cause I was so pleased with them

I just wasn’t a 100% certain that they handled things to the best of their ability during the whole process. They could have but I had some reservations.

I was told that the repair job would take 5 days and it took 5 weeks. The parts that was sent to them, I was told had to be sent back because they were not the right parts. That’s understandable but I think I should have been offered a rental at no cost. The work was done nicely and the vehicle looks great. They did a good job and gave me a discount on my deductible that I owed.
