We recieved our car back in such great condition that no one would be able to tell it was in such a serious accident. Even after we recieved our car back and had a minor issue, the people at eby allowed us to stop in with no appointment, diagnosed, and fixed the issue promptly with no additional cost.

Customer service was good. They are very polite and nice. I am just completely dissatisfied with the work they did on my truck. As professionals in the truck and automotive industry I would think they would truly look over my truck and repair it to its Original self before the accident…. I was almost murderd and now I’m fighting for my life still and trying to fight to get my truck fixed properly
