Paint job was satisfactory but there are scratches on my tailgate, the fuel cap falls off due to missing screw, the refurbished wheel they said I was getting turned out to be as bad as the one they replaced. They put the tire back on with white letter’s facing out when all the others are facing in.

Many promises to call me with updates never happened. I had to drive in to talk face to face to get information. Mainly regarding my leaking heater that they refused to fix. I still don’t have it fixed due to parts shortages. My truck had been pretty much sitting since November 1. They were supposed to call me with a quote to repair a rusted inner fender. When they never called I stopped in once again only to find out they had already done the repair without my approval. $800 plus dollars. When I said I would have been willing to pay up to $300 they called back later and said they had made a mistake and the bill was $300!

If vehicle will not be ready by date promised a courtesy call should be made. When calling in to check on vehicle I had good customer service.
