When I first came into contact with you guys, I was told to just drop my car off and then I would be contacted when it was ready to be picked up. I was not expecting that my car would sit for 2 weeks before being started on. I don’t understand why I couldn’t have dropped it off for a day to be assessed, and then bring it back when it was ready to be worked on? The communication from you guys was horrible. Twice I got a text from you guys asking if I wanted to opt in to updates/pictures of my car throughout this process. I opted in both times, excited I would get actual updates. I ended up never receiving even one. At least 4 different times I was told I would be getting a call back about info on my car or questions I had and I never got the call. I had to call back and ask again and again. When it came time to pick my car up, I called the morning of the estimated pick up day. I was told it would be done around 4:30 that day. Only to be told at 4 it would actually be 9:30 the next day. The next day I called at 12 because I hadn’t hear anything. That’s when I was told it would probably be ready by that evening. This was stressful. I would recommend not giving approximate times if you are not going to generally stick to what you say. I was also supposed to be getting a rental car the last few days of my car being in the shop due to a recall being fixed as well. I was only able to have the rental car during the time they were working on the recall, so someone was supposed to reach out to me to let me know when to come and pick the rental car up. I never got a call again about anything related to a rental car. I had to borrow a car from family during the month my car was in the shop and greatly outstayed my welcome because it took so long start to finish. At the end of the day, if I would’ve gotten the calls back or updates on this process, like I was promised, I would’ve been so much more understanding and patient.

I was very skeptical when the adjuster told me that they were going to try and pull the rear quarter panel back to shap.But to my surprise they did and let me tell you you can't even tell it was wrecked.if I ever need body work done or if any one I know needs it I will definitely send them to ebay collision. You guy do an amazing job. Thank you for your hard work. You all deserve a raise.
