The work is good, but I just can't get over the lack of communication on this.

The end result of the repair is good. However I don't have any idea why it took 5 weeks, particularly because I was given no real communication on the work.

However, the communication and customer service I received were unacceptable. It took nearly two weeks to even get a quote and then every time I was given a date for pickup, it was pushed out with no explanation or call, just an autogenerated email with a new date. When I would call to get information, I was typically told "oh someone will call you," which without fail, no one ever did. Eventually my husband was able to reach the manager and got answers, but all of this has made both of us reconsider using Eby in the future.

We were very pleased with the work that was done on our Edge. No one would think that any damage had occurred. It was finished clean and neat with the ceramic protective coating applied as well. Nice work and great communication to keep us aware about the progress. The delivery time was also prompt. Great job!
