I was more than satisfied with everything that I experienced with your company from the time that I dropped off my vehicle until the completion of the repairs of my vehicle. Brad Comer kept me informed by texts on where they were at in the repair of my car’s progress.He also came out to the lot and made sure that I was satisfied when my car was finished . I appreciated the friendliness and helpfulness of everyone in the shop. This also included the receptionist who went above and beyond the norm on how she treated people. I thank all of them for their professionalism.

Everything went very smooth from the dropping off of my car until I picked up my finished car. The whole staff was very friendly and courteous, and went beyond the expected service of any other body shop that I have previously experienced. The receptionist, Allison, went above and beyond, and also Brad Comer, the estimator, kept me informed of the progress of their work in where they were at in completing my car. The finished job was great! No complaints! Great job, well done!

Brad was simply amazing! He kept me well informed with updates on my vehicle, as promised! The ladies at the front desk were always polite and courteous. I hadn’t had my vehicle no more than 2 weeks before I was rear ended. Needless to say I was upset, however I got it back in the same condition as it was when I drove it off the lot, thanks to the Ebby Ford Collision team! 10 out of 10 I highly recommend them!
