I had to take my 2023 jeep back 3 times for things that should never had been over looked. My representative there was very condescending, assuring me that he would personally do inspections and I don't believe it was ever done. My rear tailgate seal was not installed right, my rear wiper was not hooked up after it was installed, the tailgate had a bad rattle and after taking it back & leaving it for a week to be fixed it still had the rattle! When we got home we noticed that the lugnuts securing the spare tire on the tailgate were very loose and one was missing! We were never told one was lost. It was so loose that was causing it to bounce. The only thing left to do was the windshield and my insurance company told me my rep did not explain how the damage happened and that was why it has not been approved yet. Also, my rep took a personal call while we were in the lobby discussing a plan to fix. I would NEVER recommend anyone to bring their vehicle here.

My truck never had any oil leaks before the accident. You didn't fix those. You put USED parts on it. The chrome on the $500.00 grill that you put on it is peeling. So on that note, I am VERY unhappy about taking my truck to you to have it fixed!
