Car looks beautiful, it is hard to believe it is the same vehicle that was brought in. Turn around time was quick considering l. Shaun was great with helping me fine a replacement car to drive that could fit my large family. Everyone was professional and proficient.

Unfortunately, the service provided to my truck was not as great as I expected. The lady behind the counter and gentleman that wrote everything up for me were great!! And the gentleman who gave me a ride home was great aswell, that's about as good as it got for me. When I got the truck back, there was sanding compound all in the bed and there was an attempt at a detail job on the inside, which was not great at all, i could tell they sanded with doors open or off completely. I spent about 2 hours going over the whole truck inside and out trying to get the uneven shininess out of surfaces and compound dust that was missed. During the cleaning i realized there was some damage on the inside of the rear driverside door lip that wasnt properly fixed. Somebody had adjusted the settings on my radio upping the treble and mid levels, hopefully not blaring music. Also for somereason the tailgate wires tabs were all broke and the wire slack was placed between the tailgate and the bed, had I of not noticed this the wires would have potentially been pinched over time and eventually failed. Im not sure why the tail gate was removed or wires were messed with. This is my 1st new vehicle, also the 1st time ive ever had body work done at a dealer. The exterior of the truck looks pretty good I will say that, but everything else was done with half effort.

My bumper tow cover was not seated (clipped in fully to the). Was adjusted by the service rep.

Service Rep was nice but I wasn’t given simple instructions on how to use controls in the loaner. I had to figure it out myself. The drive modes switches, wipers, temperature control ect…. It took me 15 min to locate the hazard lights when I needed to turn them on while waiting in an unload area.
