Repair came out ok but had to initially point out problem with the repair for it to be corrected. So quality control inspections before delivery must not exist or are less than adequate.

The rep Shawn was really nice & the lady behind the counter was really nice too. I'm satisfied with the work that needed to be done, my car looks brand new! I was very pleased & it didn't take long at all. That's why I bring my car to Ed Rinke, they give good service & are just a good dealership to belong to. My service was provided by Jake... who In my opinion, was an extremely professional and approachable young man. Jake’s overall demeanor was one of caring and focus on providing the best service possible. He was true to his word when saying he will call back and/or contact you. His delivery of my car was actually ahead of schedule as I informed him I needed my car by the weekend.. I’m pleased to say that I actually receive my car on Thursday and the job was absolutely beautifully done. Also, Jake is the perfect face for your organization and certainly has the talent to one day lead in management. My son had to bring the vehicle back after multiple issues weren’t fixed. That includes: compound throughout the door jams and outside doors/molding, front and back passenger doors not alligned correctly, several scuffs/marks that needed to be buffed out again, scratched window tint on the front and back windows, overspray in the gas tank and on the front & back windshield. Though my son brought it back, there were still issues that weren’t handled.
