They seem to be more concerned with what the insurance company protocol was then my satisfaction I had to return my vehicle several times only to still not be satisfied I had to eventually pay out of pocket to get it completely done my satisfaction I will still patronize Ed Rinke only because they are the only ones within my location and the people are very nice just the people that you Outsource to a very unprofessional and did very incomplete work so for this I was very disappointed
