Eds Auto Repair took too long for my car to be fixed? It took a month and then they lost the buttons and the stickers to my vehicle. I’m not satisfied.

They act like they didn’t know anything about the missing Stickers or the buttons for my vehicle. I had to find them for myself and they didn’t put them on my car.

My repairs were only delayed a few days which was no problem at all. Marianne kept me informed and was a pleasure to deal with. I was very satisfied with my repairs and how nice the vehicle looked upon pick up. I would highly recommend Ed’s to friends and family.

I was very satisfied with the customer and how well they treated my BMW. The after look of the repairs look excellent and wouldn’t notices i had damages. Definitely would recommend ED’s Auto in Brookhaven, PA.

When I pulled in I had eye contact with one of the workers inside the garage who quickly pointed me to park the car. When I got out he quickly pointed me to the office all while smiling. Then I met Maryann who while extremely busy was very polite and handled everything in a professional and timely manner. My projected completion date was Friday and much to my surprise the vehicle was ready for pick up four days earlier. After I got home my wife and I found two very minor issues and we took our vehicle back and they asked if we could stay while they took care of it and I told Rocco no problem and about what seemed like 20 minutes the minor issues were fixed. Rocco apologized and I said no problem everything looks perfect. Again, the fine people that I met at Ed’s were friendly and professional at all times. In case I didn’t say it, thanks again Ed’s Autobody.
