Body work looks great however the interior glass clean up was less than I hoped for.

After picking up the car on 4/15, we noticed there is still glass rattling in the lift gate. I reached out to the insurance company on 4/20 and copied the shop's email on their reply - "should be an easy fix as the gate trim only takes a few minutes to remove and vacuum out the debris". At that time, I asked the shop when we could get on their schedule so that this glass could be removed.

I arranged to pick up my car and left work and arrived to drop of my rental and before finishing paperwork and inspected my car and found on the drivers rear end my trunk door was not lined up with a big gap and the had to take the sise rear pabel off with adrill undue the left rear light and straighten and take out screa ,realign that work from the rear abve the tire and black trim. They twxt me in the morning and i came around 3.20pm and had to wait for a car advsied was done and still had to wait to get worked done to satisfsction. Why? Missed an appointment based on having to wait?

I SENT THIS SURVEY ONCE BEFORE. WHEN IT WAS TIME TO PICK UP MY CAR AFTER SEVERAL NOTICES THAT IT WAS DONE. I DID A WALK AROUND AND FOUND THAT MY TRUNK AREA OF MY HRV-HONDA WAS NOT STRAIGHT AND HAD TO STILL WAIT AROUND FOR IT TO BE TAKEN APART AND THE TAIL LIGHT TO MOVED FOR THE AREA TO BE CORRECTED,
