My experience was great, the staff were super friendly and nice, my car looks wonderful. However, I am upset that when my headlight was replaced, no one reached out to me to ask if I would like the other one replaced as well. Now one is new, and the other is old and dirty. Although this job went through insurance, if someone had checked with me prior I would’ve been willing to pay out-of-pocket for them to match each other. It looks uneven and I am very disappointed about that since it is not something I am going to go out of my way to replace on my own, but would have 1000% said yes if asked at the time and given the option.

I have been dealing with ads auto collision for over 30 years. They are at the Apex of the profession. When you have an accident get the car brought to Ed's, and let them do all the work with the insurance and everything else all you have to do is have enterprise rental pick you right up at the shop and then show up to pick up your repaired car. It is important to note that your vehicle will look like it rolled off the showroom floor. Trust me on this one that work is impeccable complete and immaculate.
