Ed's did a great job on my repair--even finished ahead of schedule. Over the years, I have continued to go back to Ed's as I knew the end product would be as good as new. Very detailed and extremely helpful to me and repairing my vehicle. Ed’s Auto Collision truly goes above and beyond to all of their customers. I was so upset when my car was damaged after it being on the road for less than 1 full day I was stopped at a red light and hit by a driver that left the scene. Glad they caught the driver, and his insurance information was given to me and he also hit someone else the same day! I am so happy and thrilled with the repair results on my 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Thank you so much to all the workers at Ed’s Auto Collision in Sayville, New York. I was given the proper instructions and reassurance I needed to decide to go with them and not a different shop. They worked extremely well with Statefarm to cover the cost of the repairs. And they helped me receive my Enterprise Rental Car. I dropped my Jeep off at Ed’s Monday August 16th, 2021. My Jeep was ready to be picked up by the morning of Friday, August 20th. I can’t thank them enough for their dedication and beautiful repair work. Very polite employees there and understanding to the customers. I got a new rear bumper and taillight work done from the accident. They also completed a Covid Cleaning on my car and I was so happy to see my car clean. The inside was cleaned and vacuumed, the exterior was shined and washed and the tires looked brand new when I picked up my Jeep the day the repairs were complete! Thank you so much.
