This repair took a little longer than normal due to difficulty with getting parts. This is completely understandable with an older vehicle and no fault of Ed's Autobody. What impressed me was how well Brandon kept me informed of progress and reason for delays. I've worked in the auto repair business and understand how things don't always, if ever, go smoothly. What I don't like is the run around and poor excuses I typically get from businesses. Brandon didn't do that. He kept me updated and told me what was happening plane and simple. I appreciated that and recommended Ed's Autobody highly.

The quality and attention to detail appear to be great. The repairs took longer than expected due to part availability, so that’s not really the shops fault. I would recommend Ed’s Auto Body my friends.

Amazing service! My car looks brand new inside and out. No promises were made that weren’t kept. I was notified frequently on the progress of my repair. Very honest and dependable. I appreciate all of the time spent in the process of repairing my car. These folks are the best!

Theybwent above and beyond what I took it in for. Had work done at a different shop several years back and wasn't very happy with that work. They fixed the problems that the other shop did at no extra charge
