For the reason in the answer to the first question. I am getting more angry as time goes on as I try to find a repair service that will do the wrap on the tail pipe piece. No one wants to do it and I have wasted a lot of time trying to find such a repair shop. And when and if I do, I will have to spend more time to take the car in to have the repair completed. You should have told me all this before I left the vehicle with you to be repaired. And my insurance company couldn't find anyone to do the repair either. So I'm on my own to complete a repair that you were supposed to complete.

The rating would have been higher except when I picked up the finished car, I was told for the first time you don't do wraps. The rear chrome piece by the tailpipe that was repaired has to be wrapped to match the other side. And only when I picked up the car was I told you don't do that. So I have spent days looking for another place to take it and have to take it in to have that done. You should have told me when I first brought it in - I wouldn't have let you do the job. There were many other places to take it. I feel deceived and thought you were going to completely repair my vehicle but it is only partially fixed and I have to waste a lot of time to finish the repair.
