Would give a 10 except when I picked up the car I pointed out an obvious scratch on the fender being repaired (the scratch wasn’t there when I brought the car in). Very unfortunate that I had to point this out. The painter agreed it needed to be fixed so car had to stay an extra 3 days (occurred on a Friday so had to stay over the weekend)
