I have came to you 3x's thus far and every time Omar has made me welcome and valued customer!! The extra help with the rain guards was a big hassle for me and he took care of it. Susan may need to be better informed regarding rescheduling since she called after I had rescheduled my initial appointment stating whether or not my parts should be returned since I had miss the initial appointment.
