I brought it in for repair estimate for driver side scrapes and mirror damage. Original estimate completely void of mirror damage and later added to estimate when car was nearly done. It caused me to have to try to get additional damage costs from insurance company who didn't accept responsibility in the first place. Very inconvenient and big oversight. Otherwise Omar was awesome.
