Customer service was great right from the beginning. I love that Hertz car rental was already there when I dropped off my car and able to just leave the keys to the lovely receptionist. I really appreciate the text messages on how long before I can get my car back. I like that I don't have to wonder and keep calling to know. Thank you also for cleaning my car.
