The service is fast and they are able to repair the car’s problem. However, we went back for another issue that arise after the repair because it happened on the same door they repaired, but they still helped us right away. I am happy with the service, Except for the waiting time of the part to arrived and forgetting to call when the part arrived.

My wife got into a car accident early in the morning. The towing truck dropped her new car off at El Dorado Collision Center a little after 6 AM. Paul, the manager who happened to be in the office earlier that day came out to greeting us with a smile. Instead of letting us wait outside in the cold until the shop opened, he invited us in and cheerfully guided us through the easy paperwork process, and we were out of his office before 6:30 AM. It took a little more than a month to complete the major body work, and waiting for your car to get prepared could be very stressful, but Paul and Brian, the estimator constantly kept us updated and made it an easier experience. In order for us to be able to pick up our car early in the Monday morning, Brian stayed late in the office up to 45 minutes on the previous Friday to prepare and get the much-needed paperwork done. Paul and Brian went above and beyond to help us get our car back as new and soon as possible. We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to the team at El Dorado Collision Center!

Our experience with El Dorado Collision was outstanding! They kept us informed on the progress of the repairs and actually completed the repairs a day early. The entire staff was friendly and professional! I will highly recommend El Dorado Collision to all my family and friends! The repairs were amazing. I could not see any evidence of repairs completed. It looks as good as new.
