John, the owner and his son Brian were very professional & I was so happy about their workmanship; my car looked amazing. I asked if the could get my car done in two days and they did! I was so grateful! I hope I won’t need any body work again, but I would definitely have El Dorado again!

The day after I got my car back, I noticed a sharp tool had been wedged into the back seat of my car, near the child car seat hooks. This tool was obstructing the seat belt buckle which is an obvious safety concern. It was very difficult to wrench the tool free although I did finally manage to remove it. I recommend being more careful about removing your tools from the vehicle after the repair work is done.

I keep a heavy-duty moving blanket in the cargo area of my SUV. This had apparently been removed for the repair work and it was not replaced. The blanket may have appeared in poor condition so the technicians may have thought it could be discarded, but I kept it in the cargo area deliberately to protect the floor when I drive my dogs in my car. In the future please don’t remove/discard/not return customers’ personal items from the car.
